Our History
This is the history of NDT-KITS, showcasing how we started and the extent of the progress we have made so far.

Till now, our product includes Ultrasonic Flaw Detector,Phased Array Flaw Detector (PAUT),Ultrasonic Probe,Phased Array Probe,Ultrasonic Scanner,Calibration Block,Electrical Conductivity Meter,and widely sold to more than 50 countries.

Our company has successively launched the commercialized industrial chrysanthemum phased-array probe and the two-dimensional surface array phased-array probe. We have also accumulated the sold PA probes that have reached 20,000 pcs.

We have launched a new generation of TOFD instruments along with the supporting sweeping frame.

Our company has launched a new generation of UE-PA22A phased-array ultrasonic detectors.

Our company led the development of the machinery industry standard JB/T 11779-2014 "Nondestructive Testing Instruments Phased Array Ultrasonic Detector Technical Conditions" and was officially released. Our company has also received the honorary certificate of assisting in the formulation of national standards in the year 2014.

We invested to set up a professional team of phased array probes and developed phased array probes independently. We have successfully employed and supported users and manufacturers at home and abroad.

Our company has successfully researched and developed the Borescope for Non-destructive testing.

Our company has successfully researched and developed the EE0011 electric conductivity meter to fill a gap in the country.

We developed the Phased Array ultrasonic flaw detector HT PT10, which has dynamic focus function, A, C, D, S scan along with the three-dimensional recovery of the original image.

Our company has passed ISO9001:2008 certification. We have established the first TOFD ultrasonic flaw detector in China which has reached the high level of TOFD ultrasonic industry across the world. Moreover, we are invited by the National Special Equipment NDT personnel qualification and Evaluation Commission to become the first instrument partners with them.

Our new digital ultrasonic flaw detector won the “China Patent Excellence Award” which was honored by the State Intellectual Property Office.

Our “ABTMI-1 multi-functional ultrasonic flaw detection equipment and method” passed the technical evaluation of AQSIQ (Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine of China).

Our company’s “wheel felloe & wheel pair automatic flaw detector” project received monetary aid from the Ministry of National Science and Technology. This ministry has approved the evaluation of this project.

We developed the digital ultrasonic flaw detector with a wide, high-light, TFT screen. This step has started a new era of TFT digital ultrasonic flaw detectors.
Our new digital ultrasonic flaw detector achieved the third prize of Science and technology progress from the Wuhan government.

Our company passed ISO9001:2000 certification, and our management team has reached the advanced level internationally.

We received the patent certificate of “digital ultrasonic flaw detector” from the State Intellectual Property Office. Since then, our research on digital ultrasonic flaw detectors developed into full force in the next stage.

Our UE0026 digital ultrasonic flaw detector won the “national new product” award; Our KK30 digital ultrasonic flaw detector achieved the “national key new product” award.

Our “single channel and Multi-channel digital ultrasonic flaw detector” project was selected as “National Torch Program projects” by State Scientific and Technological Commission.

Our portable digital ultrasonic flaw detector earned the third award of science and technology advance honored by CAS (Chinese Academy of Science). And this was a renowned milestone in the Chinese digital ultrasonic industry.

We have successfully developed the FIRST digital ultrasonic flaw detector in China. This initial development has filled the gap in the Chinese digital ultrasonic industry.
