UE0068 is a ultrasonic thickness gauge which with coating mode, when there has paint coat on the surface of testing object, the UE0068 can measure it directly without remove the paint coat, during the coating mode, the instrument will use echo to echo method to measure the thickness, it will save a lot of time of inspector.

UE0068 has 0.1mm resolution and the measurement range is from 0.8mm to 300mm; user can select inch or mm as measurement unit, and it has 2 types of probe zero adjustment, 1-point calibration when do normal measurement, and 2-point calibration when do curve surface measurement or other special application with a high precision.

Thinnest Value Catching: Move the probe along the surface of the testing material, UE0067 can catch the thinnest point.
Alarm Function: If the measured value exceeds the pre-set high thickness limit or lower than low pre-set limit, the alarm function will start.
Support millimeter and inch two thickness units
With 0.1mm resolution.
500 testing data can be saved
