This block has similar dimensions to an IIW-Type Block, but has been specially engineered for phased array applications.

Description of Mini Phased Array Calibration Block A

The Mini Phased Array Calibration Block A is used during the initial setup and calibration of a phased array flaw detector. This Calibration Block can be used for beam angle verification, calibration for wedge delay, sensitivity calibration, performing DAC/TCG, and more. This block has similar dimensions to an IIW-Type Block, but has been specially engineered for phased array applications. it includes seven 1.0mm diameter through-holes for 45°,and twelve 1.0mm diameter FBH, eight 2.0 mm diameter FBH, four 4.0mm diameter FBH. it also have four notch.
