Description of Mini Phased Array Calibration Block B

The Mini Phased Array Calibration Block B is a general purpose Phased Array calibration block used for beam characterization and evaluation of PA flaw detector. it can be used as baseline block to generate DAC curves and evaluate linear/angular resolution, focusing ability and beam steering capability. This small, lightweight block can be also used for customer demonstrations of phased array ultrasonics capabilities.

 

The Mini Phased Array Calibration Block B contains eighteen 2.0mm diameter through-holes for 50mm radius and eighteen 1.0mm diameter through-holes for 25mm radius, sixteen 1.0mm diameter through-hole for 90°, twelve 1.5mm diameter through-holes, four angle through-hole.
