Description of High-Precision Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge UE0071

UE0071 is a high precision ultrasonic thickness gauge which with 0.001mm resolution, by using the 15MHz single-crystal delayed probe and interface-echo or echo-echo operation mode, it has high precision, when the object thickness below 3mm, the measurement accuracy can reach ±0.005mm.

Thinnest Value Catching: Move the probe along the surface of the testing material, UE0067 can catch the thinnest point.
Alarm Function: If the measured value exceeds the pre-set high thickness limit or lower than low pre-set limit, the alarm function will start.

500 testing data can be saved
2 types of probe zero adjustment, 1-point calibration when do normal measurement, and 2-point calibration when do curve surface measurement or other special application with a high precision.
